Terms & Conditions

  1. Individuals must submit an entry by completing the online form by answering all questions.
  2. A maximum of 1 entry accepted per recipient or group.
  3. Shortlisted recipients must provide contact details and a referee.
  4. This award is not transferable to another individual or group.
  5. Submissions must be received in February, either by or on behalf of a desired recipient.
  6. Open to Australian residents residing in Melbourne.
  7. All entries become the property of Designs to Inspire, and we may use the entrant’s name and submission for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
  8. Designs to Inspire shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the donation, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
  9. The successful recipient/s will be notified via a phone call or email by March 18, 2018.
  10. If a successful recipient does not accept the furniture in March, then the donation will be forfeited, and cash will not be awarded instead of the goods.
  11. If Designs to Inspire is unable to contact the successful recipients within this time, the furniture will be awarded to another shortlisted candidate/s.
  12. Designs to Inspire does not take any liability for loss or failed submissions due to technical or other issues.
