STYLE NOW, PAY LATER PAYMENT PLANS

How does the Designs to Inspire ‘Style Now, Pay Later’ plan work?

We believe in providing our customers with affordable premium styling. Continuing this approach, we now offer a simple payment plan, allowing the cost of your property styling to be spread over 4 or 6 months and repaid on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Is there a cost for this payment plan?

A one off establishment fee of $40 applies to set up your payment plan. The cost of your styling is spread across your choice of 4 or 6 months. A small processing fee of $2.50 for weekly repayments or $3.95 for fortnightly repayments applies.

As each property is quoted individually, based on your requirements and the size of the home, Designs to Inspire provides you with an obligation free quote to style your property.

How are payments made?

Payments are taken from your nominated credit or debit Visa or MasterCard as scheduled unless you elect to make a payment by cash, cheque or money order to OpenPay’s offices.

What is the payment schedule?

A 20% deposit is taken off your credit card which is also used for the weekly or fortnightly repayments.

The 1st re-payment is made either the following week, or following fortnight depending on your chosen option.

Subsequent payments are made either weekly or fortnightly after that for either 4 or 6 months depending on your preference.

What information do I need to provide for credit approval?

You will be required to provide information to identify yourself such as; name, address, date of birth, mobile phone number (or secondary contact number), email address and an Australian photo identification (preferably a driver license).

Who administers the payment plan?

You will enter into an agreement with OpenPay who administers the payment plan for Designs to Inspire Home Staging + Interior Design styling service. For your convenience, Designs to Inspire will complete the paperwork to grant you approval for this repayment plan using OpenPay’s system. This can be provided on the spot over the phone when requesting an obligation free styling quotation. OpenPay pays Designs to Inspire, on your behalf, so you only need to make your repayments.

How do I access my personal payment plan details?

Once approved, you will be provided with a unique customer ID number for OpenPay’ system. Simply download the OpenPay app and use your customer ID to see your repayment schedule and terms.

Is OpenPay safe and secure?

The protection of your personal information and the security of OpenPay’s system is an utmost priority. OpenPay is a Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Provider.

How do I update my card details?

Contact OpenPay by emailing info@openpay.com.au or calling 03 9009 7211. Business hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. AEST. You will also need to contact OpenPay if your card has been lost or stolen to update your card details.

What merchant name will appear on my bank statement?

A reference to OpenPay will appear on your bank or card statement.

Are there late fees?

If payments have not been made by their scheduled date, late fees will apply. OpenPay sends out welcome emails on all purchases and payment reminder notices. Late fees are detailed in advance in this email correspondence. We understand that there are times when making a payment is just all too hard. Please contact OpenPay before the payment due date to reschedule and avoid late fees.

Can I make early payments?

Yes, early payments can be made. The processing fee will still be applied to each instalment and is not waived for early payment or for paying off the plan.

Why haven’t I seen the payment go through on my bank account?

OpenPay processes the payments through the Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. A payment made by Visa or MasterCard may show up on the statement as pending for a few days and settle a few days later.
